Dairy Farmers’ Association get-together held

The dairy farmers gathered from all around the country to attend “BDFA Milon Mela” at Savar, organized by Bangladesh Dairy Farmers’ Association (BDFA) on Saturday.  Around 1500 farmers attended the programme presided over by the president of the organization BDFA Mohammed Imran Hossain, says a press release. 

The programme was directed by General Secretary of the organization Mohammad Shah Emran. former Chief Whip Md. Abdus Shahid, MP, attended the program as the chief guest where Dr. F H Ansarey Managing Director & CEO of ACI Agribusiness was present as special guest. The farmers enthusiastically attended various sports and other interesting entertainment events. The most interesting part was “Complete Dairy Value Chain” by ACI Animal Health. 

Md. Abdus Shahid, MP, said “This conference of all dairy farmers will play a vital role in development of dairy industry of the country. BDFA is leading to attain all kind of demand of the dairy farmers, preservation and their legal rights.” He also gave assurance to cooperate in gaining all kind of cooperation from the Government.

Dr. F H Ansarey said “ACI Animal Health is giving complete solution to the dairy farmers. ACI Animal Genetics is working in improvement of cattle breeding in Bangladesh. Moreover, ACI will arrange to market the products of the dairy farmers at fastest possible way.” This is mentionable that ACI’s associate Shwapno is collecting and marketing their products from the farmers directly at present. 

Md. Shaheen Shah, Business Director, Md. Amjad Hossain, Business Manager, ACI Animal Health and other higher officials were present in the occasion.
