Chattogram Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (CVASU) has formed a new working committee for the period 2021-22 of the Progressive Teachers Forum, which believes in the ideals of Bangabandhu and the Liberation War. Professor Dr Mohammad Nurul Abshar Khan, Dean, Faculty of Fisheries has been elected as the Chairman of the Committee, Professor Dr Sharmin Chowdhury, Director,
One Health Institute, has been elected as the Vice-President, Proctor and Associate Professor Tasneem Imam has been elected as the General Secretary.
The other members of the committee are: Treasurer Dr Subrata Kumar Sheel, Joint General Secretary Abhijit Talukder, Organizing Secretary Abrar Shakil, Publicity Secretary Nilufa Yasmin, Cultural Affairs Secretary Dr. Tuli Dey.
The executive members are: Professor Dr ASM Lutful Ahsan, Professor Dr Ashutosh Das, Dr Md Saiful Bari, Md Fahad Bin Quader, Md Ashraful Islam, Sumi Akhtar, Dr Touhida Kamal.
