Assistant Security Officer of Chittagong Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (CVASU) Mohammad Mostafa Kamal died of Covid-19. CVASU Officers’ Association has given a financial grant of Tk 1.13 lakh to him.
CVASU Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Gautam Buddha Das handed over the donation cheque to Mostafa Kamal's wife at his office on Thursday evening.
University Registrar Mirza Faruq Imam, Director (Finance and Accounts) Md. Abul Kalam, Deputy Director (Public Relations and Protocol) Khalilur Rahman, Officers Association President Dr. Kazi Rokhsana Sultana, General Secretary (Acting) Abu Mohammad Arif and others of the association Members were present at the function.
Mostafa Kamal was working at the Research and Firm based campus of CVASU at Hathazari. He died on June 17 in the ICU of Chittagong General Hospital.
