CU teacher receives award from India

Tasnuva Rahman, an Assistant Professor of the Department of Islamic History And Culture at Chittagong University, has received the honor of best essayist at the 36th session of the 'Poshcim Bonggo Itihas Sangsad' in India.  The honor was handed over to Tasniva through a ceremony held in Kolkata of India on Friday (January 24).

Tasnuva Rahman has been honored for the article 'Chattogramer Sangskritik Totporotar Ruprekha' (An Outline of Cultural Cctivities in Chattogram).  The CU teacher is happy over her achievement. She said, 'This honour has increased my responsibility to my work. I want to do more quality work. I thank Allah for receiving the awar.” 

Tasnova Rahman enrolled in the Department of Islamic History and Culture in Chittagong University after completing secondary and higher secondary education from Ispahani Public Schools and College. In 2013, she joined the same department as a teacher.
