The Prime Minister's gifts have been distributed among the cobblers and barbers of Chattogram city by the district administration.
Chittagong district administration has distributed the Prime Minister's humanitarian gifts among 300 cobblers and barbers belonging to marginalized communities of Chattogram.
300 cobblers and barbers were given a 14 kg 400 gram package as a humanitarian gift from the Honorable Prime Minister through a ceremony at Sheikh Russell Chattar in front of the Deputy Commissioner's office on Monday afternoon. The gift items included- 10 kg rice, 1 kg sugar, 1 kg dal, 1 kg salt, 1 liter oil, turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder.
Deputy Director of Local Government and Acting Deputy Commissioner Dr. Badiul Alam, Additional Deputy Commissioner (LA) Masud Kamal, Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Muhammad Mahmudullah Maruf, Freedom Fighter Commander Mozaffar Ahmed and Negarat Deputy Collector Md. Touhidul Islam were present.
