Two patients suffering from Coronavirus and with the symptoms of Coronavirus died at Rajshahi Medical College Hospital during the last 24-hour ending 9-00 AM on Monday (25 July).
The deceased were identified as Islam Uddin (55) of Adamdighi area under Bogura district who died by being infected with Coronavirus and Afsar Ali(75) of Shibganj upazila under Chapainawabganj district who died with the symptoms of Coronavirus.
RMCH sources said, six patients have so far died by being
attacked with Coronavirus from 9-00 am of July-21 to July-23 morning at the Corona unit of the hospital.
Brig Gen Shamim Yazdani, Director of RMCH informed two patients, one died from Coronavirus and another died from the symptom of Coronavirus during the last 24-hour period ending Monday morning.
He further mentioned, till Monday morning a total of 11 patients were under treatment at the Corona unit of the hospital of whom three have been admitted with Coronavirus while five others are with the symptoms of Coronavirus.
Earlier on Sunday eight patients were detected with Coronavirus positive from 50 sample tests at RTPCR Laboratory of RMCH. The rate of detection of Corona is 16 percent in the district.
