Chittagong Metropolitan Police Chief Adviser and Chittagong Metropolitan Police Commissioner Md. Mahabubur Rahman receives 200 PPEs donated by Al Manhil Welfare Foundation at CMP headquarters in Chattogram on Tuesday.
Cittagong Metropolitan Community Policing Committee Member Secretary Ahid Siraj Chowdhury Swapan and Al Manahil Welfare Foundation Bangladesh Chairman Helal Uddin handed over the PPEs to the CMP Commissioner.
The Al Manahil Welfare Foundation have been conducting a variety of humanitarian work during the corona crisis including prevention of corona virus infection and transmission. They also co-operate in the burial of the deceased.
Additional Commissioner of Police (Administration and Finance) Amena Begum of Chittagong Metropolitan Police, Additional Commissioner of Police (Crime and Operations) Shyamal Kumar Nath and other senior police officials were present at the time.
