President of Greater Mymensingh Association, Chattogram and Chattogram Metropolitan Police Commissioner Md. Mahabubur Rahman inaugurated the food distribution program among poor families organized by Greater Mymensingh Association on the occasion of Mymensingh Day on Friday morning.
A total 9 kg of food items and necessities including 5 kg of rice, 2 kg of potatoes, 1 kg of pulses, 0.5 kg of salt, 0.5 liters soybean oil were distributed to 500 poor families in Chittagong city.
Greater Mymensingh Samity Chittagong Secretary General Md. Obaidul Haque Alamgir, Greater Mymensingh Samity Chittagong Joint General Secretary Deepak Kumar Dutta and other members of the association were present.
