Result of Chuadanga Bar Association’s election was declared by Election Conducting Parishad on Friday (November 26) night. In the election 9 posts including president and general secretary were bagged by pro-Awami League (AL) candidates while 6 posts were taken by pro-BNP candidates of the association.
The pro-AL winning office bearers are Selimuddin Khan-president, Kaizar Hossain Joarder Shilpi-vice president, Talim Hossain-general secretary and Sujauddin-joint secretary. The executive members are Malik Amanur Rahman, Abu Taleb, Nazmul Ahsan, Mofizur Rahman Mofiz and Shariful Islam.
On the other hand pro-BNP winners are Asaduzzaman Asad-vice president, Asaduzzaman Milton-joint secretary, Abdullah Al Mamun-member, Johurul Islam-member, Sahin Akhtar-member and Hamidul Islam Ibrahim-member.
