Cheques worth of Taka 52 lakh were distributed among 104 patients with chronic diseases in Sadar upazila in Bhola on Wednesday.
A function was held at the Conference Room of Deputy Commissioner on the occasion on Wednesday. The Bhola District Social Services Office organized the function. Deputy Commissioner Arifuzzaman, Deputy Director of Social Services Office Ripon Kumar Saha, Executive Magistrate Dipak Tripura and Assistant Director of the Social Services Office Golam Kabir were present.
Each of the recipients got a cheque worth of Taka 50,000 in the function.
