Actor Zahid Hasan has won the National Film Award twice. Along with appearing in films, he regularly acts in drama serials. On the other hand, is Shaila Sabi is a familiar face of the small screen. She too has won the hearts of the viewers through her acting. This time, Zahid Hasan and Shaila Sabi have acted together. Viewers will be able to see their chemistry onscreen in an upcoming drama serial. The name of the serial is ‘Kibhabe Dhoni Hoben’.
Mahmud Hassan Rana directed the play written by Shafiqur Rahman Shantanur. Shooting for the drama took place on Friday and Saturday at two shooting houses in Uttara in the capital.
Zahid Hasan said, ‘‘Kibhabe Dhoni Hoben’ has a beautiful message. That's why it's felt good to work on it. Shaila Sabi belongs to the new generation of actors. She tries to giver her best performance. She tries to understand the character before shooting and tries to learn the dialogue as well. Basically, she is a very sincere actor. If she continues to give this much effort, she will go very far.’
Shaila Sabi said, ‘Zahid Bhai is one of the leading actors in our country. It's a pleasure to be able to work with him. He is not only an actor but also a guardian. The way he collaborates during the shooting is truly unparalleled. That fact that he is so down-to-earth despite being such a senior and an experienced actor is really admirable. I enjoyed working with Zahid bhai on Kibhabe Dhoni Hoben. Hopefully, viewers will enjoy the drama.’
The serial will soon be aired on a satellite channel. Zahid Hasan has recently also worked as a model for Haider Hossain's song. He himself directed the music video. Sadia Islam Mou and Tanna choreographed the song. Nabila starred opposite Zahid Hasan in the video.
The film ‘Shonibar Bikel’ directed by Mostafa Sarwar Farooki starring Zahid Hasan is awaiting release. Meanwhile, Shaila Sabi has already finished filming the drama 'Kalpatorur Golpo’ directed by Mabrur Rashid Bannah. She also finished filming ‘Benjonborno’ by the same director. Mosharraf Karim is starring opposite Sabi in the drama.
