With the slogan 'My bridge with my money, Padma Bridge of Bangladesh', Chattogram Railway District Police has arranged a joyous rally and distributed sweets on the occasion of inauguration of Padma Bridge.
The day was celebrated at Chattogram station premises on Saturday. The rally was organized by Railway District Superintendent of Police Mohammad Hasan Chowdhury. At the same time, arrangements were made to display the Padma Bridge inauguration ceremony on LED screens at the railway station.
Bangladesh Railway (East) General Manager Jahangir Hossain, Chattogram Railway District Superintendent of Police Mohammad Hasan Chowdhury, Railway Chattogram Chief Engineer Abu Jafar Miah, Divisional Railway Manager Abul Kalam Chowdhury was present.
The Chattogram Railway District Police also organized the inauguration ceremony of the dream Padma Bridge at Police Lines, Railway District Office to enjoy on the big screen. Songs and documentaries made by Bangladesh Police were screened on the occasion of the inauguration of Padma Bridge, the pride of Bangladesh.
