A Dhaka Court has framed charges against three persons including an official of Dipan Gas Company Limited for preparing false deed.
Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate AFM Maruf Chowdhury ordered for framing charges of the issue on June 24.
The court has fixed the charge framing hearing on August 19.
However, the court has declined the appeal of the accused for discharging from the case.
Police Bureau of Investigation submitted the charge sheet of the case.
