In order to build multi-storied buildings in Chattogram, the CDA has decided to complete all process including land clearance, design approval within maximum 53 days.

Although the government's directive to finish these administrative rules within 135 days, it would have taken years. And from now on these procedures will be done online to reduce time and harassment.

According to official rules for the construction of any multi-storied building in the capital Dhaka and port city Chittagong, 45 days for the clearance of the land, 45 days for special projects, 45 days of design approval, all administrative procedures completed in 135 days. But with many complications, waiting for years would have to face harassment as well.

City planner Architect Ashik Imran said, it was possible for a period of 3 to 4 months, but it was a 45-day obligation, many times to go to the CDA. It's an annoying thing to find out where the file is all about. From there we would like the way to overcome.

Eventually, the Chittagong Development Authority (CDA) has taken a plan to bring the administrative process down to 53 days instead of 135 days, on the directives of Public Works Ministry.

According to the new rules land clearance within 15 days, special projects in 15 days and design approval within 20 days.

CDA Chief City planner architect Shahinul Islam Khan said, "We are launching this month for the people who have less harassment, so that they get services at a low cost." We will approve within 20 days.

With the new guidelines, all the applications related to the construction of the building will be submitted online. At the same time, the buildings and engineers of building under construction will be verified online.

DA Executive Engineer Mohammad Shamim said that the SMS will be sent to the software with the submission of the software. There will be verification codes.

By clicking on it we will know which architect and engineer are building.

In Chittagong, there are about one lakh small and large multi-storied buildings in 60 square miles. Of these, the City Corporation's holding taxpayer building is about 70 thousand.
