Five officials of Chattogram Development Authority (CDA) have been awarded for implementing National Integrity Strategy 2020-21 and 2021-22.
CDA Chairman M Zahirul Alam Dubash attended a ceremony in the hall room of the CDA head office as the chief guest and handed over award crests and certificates to the officers and employees. CDA Secretary Amal Guha presided over the event and CDA System Analyst Mustafa Jamal moderated. CDA board members and officials were present.
Five officers-employees selected by the selection committee under the Code of Conduct are - CDA Project Department Assistant Engineer Pushpita Choudhury, Estate Department Collection Super Mohammad Fakhrul Islam, Urban Planner Mohammad Zaheer Ahmed, Establishment Department Section Officer Shaheen Akhtar, Security Guard Even Chakma.
CDA Chairman M Zahirul Alam Dobhash said that increase the speed and motivation of government officials and employees, the integrity award is given every year considering the work efficiency. Will always continue to encourage good work.
The award is given on the basis of ethics, commitment, integrity and behavioural excellence. Success in anything comes with team work, hard work and concentration. Today's award will cheer up the hardworking and dedicated officers. It will also help to develop a positive competitive spirit among other officers.
CDA Engineer Pushpita Chowdhury said, I was in charge of the project for more than 11 years. CDA appointment and National Integrity Award were received by the Chairman. That's why I am proud to receive this integrity award from integrity people. Which will increase my motivation and morale in my work. Our responsibility increased by receiving the award. We have to work to maintain this position in the future.
At the end of the ceremony, Chattogram Development Authority (CDA) Acting Public Relations Officer and Head of Confidential Branch Nurul Kabir was given farewell reception and crest. CDA officers-employees highlighted the memorable moments of their working life in his farewell reception.
