Meanwhile, a press release from City Corporation said that there is no alternative to make the city clean and to reduce water logging.
Construction of the infrastructures on the canal and drainage area of the city is one of the reasons for water logging. Due to these infrastructures, the water of the city creates barriers to normal movement.
Therefore, the CCC requested to remove the illegal installations in the city's Nala-sewage and canal, which have been constructed by the people themselves. Otherwise, legal action will be taken against them, the City Corporation press release said.
