Chattogram City Corporation organized a mobile court in the city on Sunday. CCC Executive Magistrate Marufa Begum Nelly conducted operation in the Panchlaish residential area, Andarkilla and Momin Road on both sides of Andarkilla and on both sides of Momin Road, were occupied by nearly half a hundred shops and extended sections of shops, and the roads and sidewalks were cleared of illegal occupation.
A fine of 11,000 taka was collected against 4 shop owners for obstructing movement by occupying the footpath and leaving shop goods. City Mayor's Private Secretary and CCC Acting Chief Clean Officer Muhammad Abul Hashem participated in the operation.
During the operation, the officers and employees of the concerned departments of the City Corporation and Chattogram Metropolitan Police provided assistance to the Magistrate.
