A team led by Ward Councilors Abdus Salam Masum and Zahurul Alam Jasim left for Sunamganj on the initiative of CCC Mayor Md. Rezaul Karim Chowdhury to provide food aid to the helpless and distressed people of Sunamganj.
A delegation of Chattogram City Corporation will hand over the packaged dry food items to the Sunamganj Deputy Commissioner for distribution among the flood-affected people. He will distribute the food items in the area on behalf of CCC Mayor Md. Rezaul Karim Chowdhury.

A medical team has been sent by the Chattogram City Corporation to provide health care to the flood-affected people of Sylhet and Sunaganj. CCC mayor called on the government as well as non-governmental organizations and the rich to come forward in cooperation with the flood-affected people across the country.
Ward Councilor Hasan Murad Biplob Gazi Shafiul Azim and Mayor's Private Secretary Muhammad Abul Hashem were present on the occasion.
