As the world navigates rapid advancements in technology, manages the growing impact of climate change, and faces geopolitical shifts, more students and families in Bangladesh are turning to an international education.
Cambridge International Education (Cambridge) has released the results of its June 2025 exam series to over 680,000 students worldwide — a 9% increase over last year — reflecting this accelerating education trend toward global readiness.
Linked to the increased number of students, the number of exam entries has risen again this June to nearly 1.7 million globally – a 7% increase on last year.
Today, over 4800 students in 81 schools in Bangladesh have received their Cambridge IGCSE and O Level results. There were over 23,000 exam entries in the June 2025 series – up by 3% compared to June 2024. The most popular subjects were Bengali, English Language, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.
Cambridge International AS & A Level results were released on 12 August to more than 6100 students in 73 schools in Bangladesh, opening doors to top universities and future-focused careers.
There were over 17200 entries for Cambridge International AS & A Level exams in the June 2025 series, marking a 7% increase from June 2024. The most popular subjects were Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Economics.
