Civil Aviation Authorities of Bangladesh (CAAB) On Sunday observed the 46th death anniversary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and National Mourning Day through various programmes.
CAAB Chairman Air Vice Marshal M Mafidur Rahman on 6.30 am on Sunday along with other CAAB officials placed a wreath at the portrait of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and inaugurated multiple programmes.
Later, a discussion and prize distribution ceremony were arranged at the evening. CAAB organized essay writing competition among students of multiple schools. This programme was broadcasted live at the Facebook page of CAAB. A special prayer ceremony was held at the Civil Aviation Training Center Mosque at the evening.
