The 'Rajanigandha' bus which was 'stolen' from in front of Rajshahi Seroil Bus Terminal has been recovered from beside Sirajganj-Bogura highway at Boalia crossing under Sirajganj district after 12-00 noon on Saturday.
Owner of the bus named Rajanigandha Majedul Islam informed the bus moves through Rajshahi-Natore route. On Thursday night, miscreants drove the bus out of Rajshahi Seroil Bus Terminal and with the help of police, it is seen in the CC camera that the bus has not crossed the Bangabandhu Bridge or the Lalon Shah Bridge.
Later, a person on Saturday morning informed from Sirajganj over mobile phone to the Rajshahi Bus Counter that a bus named Rajanigandha has been kept deserted beside Sirajganj-Bogura highway. Being informed, he started for Sirajganj with police from Rajshahi Metropolitan police and reaching at the spot after 12-00 noon, he identified the bus and started for Rajshahi with the bus.
No one has so far arrested in this connection, he also informed.
