Professor Dr Shafique Ahmed Siddique, chairman, BUBT Trust inaugurated the office of the BUBT Alumni Association at BUBT permanent campus on Saturday.
Explaining the importance of an alumni association in a developing university, Professor Dr Siddique said that alumni association is a place where former students get together and it is helpful for their career building and having social connections among them. Professor Md Abu Saleh, vice chancellor, BUBT also was present at the inaugural session. Professor Mian Lutfar Rahman, advisor, Students’ Affair’s; Professor Dr Syed Masud Husain, dean, Faculty of Business; Dr Muhammad Fayazz Khan, professor of EEE; Dr Md Harun-Or-Rashid, registrar; Wing Commander (retd) Md Momenul Islam, proctor; A H M Azmal Hossain, president; BUBT Alumni Association, Md Shahin Ashraf, BUBT Alumni Association and other alumni were present on the occasion.
