BTV brings top bands together for Eid Music Fest

Bangladesh Television (BTV) is presenting a special music programme this Eid-ul-Azha, featuring some of the best bands in the country. The four-day series includes 13 well-known and new bands, offering viewers a chance to enjoy both classic and fresh songs during the festive time.

On the third day of Eid, the popular band Chirkutt will perform live at 7 pm. Fans can look forward to their famous songs along with some surprises. This episode is directed by Nasir Uddin and hosted by Kazi Momrez Mahmud.

The fourth day starts at 4 pm with four emerging bands—F Minor, Mechanic, Natai, and Torun. They will perform a total of eight songs together. Sebanti will host this segment, which is directed by Abdullah Al Mamun.

Later that evening at 7 pm, veteran bands Ark, Symphony, Orbit, and Rocks Bay Rock will take the stage. Ark will perform hits like "Sweety Tumi Ar Kedo Na," "Ekaki Ami Ekaki," and "Ja Chhilo Arale Porichoy."

 Symphony will sing "Ekhono Prithibita Ki Darun Sejechhe" and "Je Chokhe Chhilo Bhalobasha." Orbit and Rocks Bay Rock will also perform popular songs including "Tumi Shudhu Amar," "Oi El Re Baan," and "Tumi Amar Odhora."

The last day of the series will feature Bijoy, Bengal Symphony, Shubhojatra, and Avash, performing at 7 pm. Abdullah Al Mamun will direct this final segment as well.

This musical festival by BTV celebrates the spirit of Eid and showcases the rich variety of band music in Bangladesh. 

It aims to bring together music lovers of all ages through beautiful melodies and rhythms during the festive season.
