The Indian Border Security Force (BSF) pushed at least 27 people into Bangladesh through Panchagarh and Naogaon borders early Thursday.
Of them 17 people were pushed into Bangladesh through two border points in Panchagarh.
Ten were pushed in through the Banglapara border in Haribhasa union of Sadar upazila, while seven others entered via the Bhajanpur border in Tetulia upazila.
Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) detained all 17 and handed them over to the respective police stations for investigation.
In Naogaon, The BSF pushed 10 more individuals into Bangladesh through Agradigun border point in Dhamoirhat upazila of the district.
The BGB members detained them and handed them over to the concerned police station for further investigation.
