BNP central committee member and former Pabna-4 MP Sirajul Islam Sardar congratulated Nuruzzaman Biswas, newly elected MP from Pabna-4 (Ishwardi-Atgharia) constituency and vice-president of Pabna district Awami League.
He went to his residence on College Road on Thursday afternoon and greeted Nuruzzaman Biswas.
Local Awami League leaders including vice president of upazila Awami League, labor leader, heroic freedom fighter Mohammad Rashidullah were present at the time. MP Nuruzzaman Biswas sought the sincere cooperation of all irrespective of party affiliation in the development of the area. Sirajul Islam Sardar assured the MP that he would cooperate in the overall development of the place.
It may be mentioned that Awami League candidate Nuruzzaman Biswas was elected as a Member of Parliament after defeating BNP candidate Habibur Rahman Habib by a huge margin in the by-election of Pabna-4 constituency on September 26.
