Deputy Minister for Water Resources AKM Enamul Hoque Shameem said that the BNP had lost its ability to move a long time ago. The situation of BNP-Jamaat is like unfit and unlicensed vehicles. Convicted Tareq Rahman is leading the BNP team in video calls from abroad. If there is no unity in the group, how will they unite with others? The distance between the BNP and its peers is more visible than unity. So the BNP is now trying to attract others while losing the ability to move alone.
The deputy minister was speaking as the chief guest at a function to distribute Eid clothes to 1,000 families on behalf of Ratnagarbha Ma Begum Ashrafunnesa Foundation and distribution of funds from the Prime Minister's Relief Fund, Deputy Minister of Water and optional funds at Naria in Shariatpur on Thursday.
Shameem said that BNP has called for movement many times in the last 13 years. Even before the last election, the people of the country have seen the pattern of unity of BNP. Seeing the unity of BNP has created humor among the people.
The frustrated BNP is now in deep crisis. Having failed in movements, elections and highways, they are now lost. There is no point in showing fear of movement to Awami League. The Awami League has come to this position through movement, struggle and sacrifice. The roots of Awami League are very deep.
AKM Enamul Hoque Shameem said that the people have now turned away from the BNP after hearing endless lies. The BNP is desperate to come to power. They are swearing to foreign lords.
There will be no profit, if you want to go to power, you have to participate in the next parliamentary
elections under the Election Commission. There is no room for doubt about this.
The deputy minister added that the BNP is mainly afraid of elections and the people so they do not respect the verdict of the people. So they dream of coming to power illegally.
That dream will never come true. The people of this country are united only under the leadership of Bangabandhu's daughter, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
Therefore, the people of this country will bring Awami League to power for the fifth time in the next election as well.
