Winter blankets and sweaters were distributed among the victims as a gift from Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in Laxmipur’s Ramganj on Wednesday.
Lakshmipur-1 MP, Dr. Anwar Hossain Khan distributed these winter clothes among the cold-hit people as the chief guest on the premises of Karpara Darul Uloom Islamia Madrasa in Ramganj.
In the event presided over by UP Chairman Mujibur Rahman, District AL Organizing Secretary Shahid Ullah, Ramganj Upazila AL Vice President Azadur Rahman and other party leaders and workers were also present. These winter clothes were distributed among 1,500 men and women in 9 wards of Karpara Union.
