A motorcyclist was killed after he lost control of his vehicle on Dhaka-Aricha Highway in Dhamrai of the capital on Sunday morning.
The identity of the deceased, aged around 30, could not be known immediately.
Babul Akhtar, officer-in-charge of Savar Highway Police Station, said the motorcyclist was going towards Aricha by riding his motorcycle.
The accident occurred when he reached Kachamach area, he lost control and fell on the highway around 10:30am, leaving him dead on the spot.
