We extend our heartiest greetings and warm felicitations to Bangladesh U-19 cricket team for winning the maiden ACC Under-19 Asia Cup demolishing the UAE by 195 runs in the final at the Dubai International Stadium.
Opener Ashiqur Rahman Shibli struck a brilliant century while other young cricketers also played their best to seal the historic feat. The victory became sweeter more for the young Tigers, considering that they won the title as unbeaten
champions.
Bangladesh beat UAE, Japan and Sri Lanka in the group phase before beating mighty India by four wickets in the semifinal. The UAE beat Sri Lanka and Japan in the group phase and then stunned Pakistan in the semifinal but their dream run ended against the spirited Bangladesh youngsters, who now gave the country two multinational trophies, something which the national team is yet to do.
Earlier, in 2020, Bangladesh won the Under-19 World Cup, beating India. Bangladesh cricketers believed that their top notch balling, batting and fielding were instrumental in the tournament.

The youngsters expressed their boldness and the main thing is that they won the Under-19 Asia Cup.
