Deputy Minister for Education Barrister Mohibul Hasan Chowdhury Nowfel said, Bangabandhu gave us an independent country and gave it to his daughter Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.  We have to work together to finish Bangabandhu's unfinished work and build a country free from hunger and poverty.  Bangabandhu has taught us how to love the land and people of the country.  Bangabandhu's ideals and values should be contained within themselves.

He said these things while addressing the chief guest at the book distribution and discussion meeting of 'Bangabandhu's Unfinished Autobiography' organized by Udyokta Chattogram to commemorate the tragic August at Kazem Ali School and College in Chattogram city on Friday evening.

Nowfel said, in this mournful month of August, our future generations should move forward by turning grief into strength.  If the students cherish the ideals and spirit of Bangabandhu in their hearts, if they devote themselves from every position in the formation of the country, only then will true respect be given to the father of the nation.

He urged everyone to imbibe the ideals and values of the Father of the Nation.

Chattogram Metropolitan Women's League leader Sonia Azad said that Bangladesh will become a developed country only if the ideals and dreams of Bangabandhu are implemented.

Former Deputy Finance Secretary of Awami Jubo League Helal Akbar Chowdhury (Babor), President of Kazem Ali School and College Board of Directors and President of Chowkbazar Thana Awami League Md Shahabuddin Ahmed, General Secretary of Thana Awami League Anshar Ul Haque, Chowkbazar Ward Councilor Nur Mostafa Tinu, Women Councilor Rumki Sen Gupta and others were present.  The meeting was moderated by Udyokta Chattogram admin Ishmam Shahriar.
