To bolster the bilateral relationship between the BPO industries of Bangladesh and Uzbekistan, to explore collaboration and business opportunities Bangladesh Association of Contact Center & Outsourcing (BACCO) organized a B2B Matchmaking Session titled ‘Collaboration for Business Growth: Bangladesh BPO Industry and IT Park, Uzbekistan’ at a city hotel on Thursday.
The session eventuated with a view to commemorating the occasion of the upcoming “Digital Bangladesh Day” on December 12.
Secretary General of BACCO Towhid Hossain emphasized on fortifying the relationship with IT Park, Uzbekistan and wished for more effective collaboration in the coming years.
Managing Director of Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority Bikarna Kumar Ghosh as special guest briefed about the Hi-Tech Parks in Bangladesh through an informative presentation.
The B2B session conducted by IT Park, IT Park Uzbekistan Deputy Director Kuchkarov Abdulahad Maratovich presented the current scenario of the BPO industry in Uzbekistan before the audience while setting forth their fields of expertise and the services they offer.
The session was co-conducted by IT Park BPO department Manager Farrux Erkinov and IT Academy Director Dmitry Ten.
Department of ICT Senior Secretary NM Zeaul Alam pointed out how the present government of Bangladesh is patronizing various endeavors to promote the ICT and BPO industries of Bangladesh and highlighted the significance of arranging such B2B sessions in order to ensure more international business collaboration and alliance.
A total number of 40 BACCO members participated in the B2B session. This session is expected to contribute gravely to the emergence of new entrepreneurs, student and employee exchange between Uzbekistan and Bangladesh, creation of a broader scope for work in the global market, increased Foreign Investment in the Bangladesh Hi-Tech Parks, creation of skilled human resources while expanding the BPO industries for both of the countries!
