Ziaul Faruq Apurba is one of the most popular actors of this time in TV dramas. Therefore, except for special days of the year and festivities, Apurba has to keep himself busy in shooting.
Until recently, the ‘Ziaul Faruq Apurba Official Fans Group’ was formed by the fans of Apurba on Facebook. For the first time, a get-together event was organised in the presence of Apurba at a restaurant in Uttara of the capital.
On February 23, Apurba passed the day with more than a hundred fans from all over the country. When he appeared amongst the fans, a ceaseless euphoria spread among everyone.
At the beginning of the ceremony, special guests were welcomed. Apurba spoke about the purpose of the fan group. After lunch break, Apurba cut a cake with everyone. Following this a special lottery was arranged. The first, second and third place winners in the lottery were specially awarded by Apurba.
At one point Apurba sang the song ‘Purono Shei Diner Kotha’. Of course, at the beginning, he sang the song, but later with Apurba, everyone sang it together. Apurba’s father, Omar Faruq, and Apurub’s only son Ayash arrived at the end of the programme.
In this regard, Apurba said, “I did not think that a programme organised by my fans group would be such a success. Everyone who came has participated very well. I am indebted to my fans. I felt very closely of how much they love me. In fact, I feel as if have become whole today know their genuine love for me. I want to move forward with their love and support all my life.”
