Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Anisul Huqon Tuesday expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of senior district and session judge Mofizur Rahman Bhuiyan, reports BSS.
In a condolence message, the minister said Mofizur Rahman alsoa director general (legal) of the Anti- Corruption Commission (ACC) was verysincere and honest and the judicial department has lost an honest andexperienced justice due to his death. Anisul Huq prayed for entenal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family members. Justice Mofizur Rahman Bhuiyan, posted to the ACC under deputation fromthe judicial service, breathed his last due to cardiac arrest at around 2:30am at his own residence in early hours of Tuesday.
