Chattogram City Corporation (CCC) Acting Mayor Abdus Sabur Liton has directed the concerned engineers and contractors to complete the renovation work of all the small and big roads of the city before the dry season.
He visited patch work on Barapul road in Agrabad on Monday morning.
He said that the infrastructure sector of Chattogram city is being organized to implement the vision of 2041 given by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. Considering the economic importance of Bangladesh, if the port city of Chattogram is not arranged, the benefits of big mega projects will not be available. All the small and big roads of Chattogram city should be renovated and made sparkling during this dry season.
He urged the engineers concerned to ensure that the road patch work that is being done is sustainable.
CCC Superintending Engineer Abu Saleh, Assistant Engineer Touhidul Hasan were present at this time.
