Advisory Council Member of Chattogram South District Unit of Awami League (AL) and its former Joint General Secretary Shamsul Haque passed away Friday at the age of 76.
He breathed his last while undergoing treatment at a hospital in Chattogram. He left behind his wife, two sons, a daughter and a host of relatives and admirers to mourn his death.
AL General Secretary and Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader today expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of Shamsul Haque. In a condolence message, Quader prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family members.
