Agri univs integrated admission test held at CU, CVASU campus

The integrated admission test for eight public universities that offer degrees in agricultural science for the academic year 2022–23 was held on Saturday from 11:30am to 12:30pm at Chattogram University (CU) and Chattogram Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (CVASU) campus for the students of greater Chattogram region.

Chattogram University Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Shireen Akhtar and Pro Vice-Chancellor (Academic) Prof. Benu Kunar Dey visited the admission examination halls.  Meanwhile, CU Coordinator of Agriculture Cluster Admission Test CU Dean of Faculty of Science Prof. Dr. Mohammad Nasim Hasan, Chattogram Regional Coordinator of Agriculture Cluster Admission Test and Dean of Faculty of Food Science in CVSASU Prof. Dr. Md. Ashraf Ali Biswas, CVASU Fisheries Science Dean Professor Dr. Nurul Abshar Khan, Veterinary Medicine Faculty Dean Professor Dr. Md. Lutfar Rahman were present.

A single merit list will be released for admission to 8 universities through this batch examination.  The universities are Chattogram Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (CVASU), Bangladesh Agricultural University, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University, Patuakhali Science and Technology University, Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University, Sylhet Agricultural University, Khulna Agricultural University and Habiganj Agricultural University.

The admission test held at CVASU campus was visited by CVASU Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. ASM Lutful Ahsan, Treasurer Professor Dr. Md. Kamal, Registrar Mirza Farooq Imam, Director (Student Welfare) Dr. Subrata Kumar Shil, Proctor Professor Dr.  Mohammad Mezbah Uddin, Coordinator (Higher Education) Professor Dr. Omar Farooq Miazi, University of Agriculture Professor Dr. Mithu Chowdhury.

As the examination was held beautifully, CU vice-chancellor Professor Dr.Shireen Akhtar and CVASU Prof. Dr. ASM Lutful Ahsan expressed satisfaction and thanked all concerned.
