Actor Siddikur Rahman and model actress Maria Mm got divorced on October 19 of 2019. The couple has a six-year-old son, Arosh Hossain.
The High Court has ruled that their children should be in custody of his mother.
However, Siddikur Rahman will be able to meet Arosh two days a week and spend time with him.
Justice M Inayetur Rahim and Justice Md Mostafizur Rahman gave the judgment in the High Court Bench.
Barrister Jyotirmoy Barua heard on behalf of Arosh’s mother in court. Mohammad Ali was the advocate for Siddikur Rahman’s side.
Lawyers said the court has ruled that if any party wants the child’s guardianship, they will be able to file a case with the court in this regard.
In addition, Siddikur Rahman was asked to give the child to his mother Maria Mim on Thursday (February 26).
It is noteworthy that Maria Mim was married to Siddikur Rahman on May 24, 2012. On June 25, 2013 their only son, Arosh, was born. Later on 19 October 2019 Arosh was in the custody of his father Siddikur Rahman after their divorce. Later, Mim went to the High Court seeking custody.
