Police Super (SP) Mashrukur Rahman Khaled said, a true believer can never be a militant. Investigations have revealed that the militants who attacked the Sholakia Eidgah ground in Kishoreganj were youths. Basically, their activities are to destroy the talent of the youth. No one is above the law. Those who want to degrade law and order will be brought under the law.
SP Mashrukur Rahman Khaled made this assertion while speaking at the inaugural function of the distribution of bit Police stickers at an open space adjacent to SholakiaEidgah ground in the district town on Thursday.
He said that development along with law and order goes hand in hand. When one deviates, the other breaks down. If we look at Kishoreganj, the tide of development brought by the present Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina can be felt easily. The goal of starting bit policing activities is to ensure legal assistance to people from all walks of life. If every person cooperates with the police, law and order will be further improved.
