5 members of a family kept in isolation

The five members of a family, including a two and a half year aged child of Thakurgaon, were kept at isolation ward in Thakurgaon Sadar Hospital with the symptom of coronavirus. They were kept at isolation on Sunday night, said medical officer of the hospital Dr Md Rakibul Islam. 

Earlier, the patients were admitted to Rangpur Medical College Hospital (RnMCH) on Saturday evening. The RnMCH authorities sent the patients to the Thakurgaon Sadar Hospital. 

It was known that a person of Bhelajan village under Chilrang union of Thakuragaon arrived at his village home with fever and breathing problem on Friday night.  His fever increased after arriving at the house. At the same time, he was suffering from breathing problems and diarrhoea. 

Soon, the same symptom was seen to develop to his wife and the minor child, local health department official informed, the person had attended a picnic in Dhaka recently and afterwards he was suffering from fever. The health department officials took them  to Thakurgaon Adhunik Hospital and in accordance with the direction from the IEDCR they have been admitted to Rangpur Medical College Hospital for improved    treatment. 

He further said, the person the condition of the person who returned from Dhaka is serious while his wife and child were suffering from fever and cough.
