Nearly five and half lakhs children to get anti-worm tablets in Khulna which will be held from 4th to 9th April on the occasion of ‘National Worm Control Week-2020'. The information was delivered at a district level advocacy meeting at the conference room of School Health Clinic in Khulna on Wednesday.
Civil Surgeon of Khulna Dr Sujat Ahmed presided over the programme while Deputy-chief of Khulna Regional Information Office M Javed Iqbal, District Education Officer Dr Murad Hossain, Assistant District Primary Education Officer Md Abdullah AL Mamun, and Health Officer of Khulna City Corporation Swapan Kumar Halder along with others were also present.
