Four coronavirus patients made full recovery on Thursday after treat ment at Faridpur Medical College Hospital. Dr Mahmuzur Rahman, assistant director of the hospital, said they released the patients after they were found to be negative for COVID-19 in two separate tests. Currently, two Covid-19 patients are undergoing treatment at the hospital, said Dr Saifur Rahman, director of the hospital.
