23,000 Cox’s Bazar families receive food from KSA

Cox's Bazar district administration continues to distribute food items to 23,000 Rohingya refugees and local poor families as gifts from the Saudi government on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.

The Allama Fazlullah Foundation is the distribution partner of the food aid provided by King Salman Humani­tarian Aid and Relief Center.

King inaugurated the 15-day distribution program at Ukhia Kutupalong Camp in Cox's Bazar on Thursday morning. Shaykh Fahd bin Abdullah Al-Mahadi, project director of the Salman Center. Earlier, Cox's Bazar Municipality Mayor Mujibur Rahman was the chief guest at the inaugural function at the conference room of the elite Hotel Divine Eco Resort on the seafront.
