In the 5th phase from Indonesia, another 22 meter gauge coaches arrived in Chattogram Railway. On Sunday, the coaches were released from Chittagong port and taken to Pahartali factory. Railway East's chief commercial officer Md. Shahnawaz Bangladesh Post said the value of each meter gauge coach is about Tk 3 crore.
Earlier, 92 meter gauge coaches have come to Bangladesh. Currently there are 22 more new meter gauge coaches in the 5th step. 114 coaches reached the country out of 200 coaches.
