20 women get 40 goats in Dinajpur

A total of 40 goats were distributed among 20 beneficiaries under the income generating programme of helpless and poor women at a function at Punarbhaba Technical and BM College’s hall room in Dinajpur on Monday. 

Dinajpur’s Biral Upazila Social Service Officer Md. Anisur Rahman distributed the goats at the programme organised by Mamata Palli Unnayan Sangstha under the funding of Bangladesh NGO Foundation, Dhaka.

Former Acting Chairman and Co-President of Biral Upazila Parishad Md. Anwarul Islam and Ward Member of Ward No. 4 Md. Jamil Uddin spoke as special guests at the programme under the chairmanship of Rajarampur Union Chairman Mukul Chandra Roy. 

The speakers at the time, thanked Mamata Palli Unnayan Sangstha and Bangladesh NGO Foundation for their dedicated work for the welfare and development of the helpless and poor women. The program was conducted by Md. Yakub Ali, Executive Director of Mamata Palli Unnayan Sangstha.
