A Dhaka Court put two alleged drug peddlers on two-day remand on Thursday. They were identified as Md. Taizul Sheikh (32) and Md. Nayan Sheikh (30), who were arrested with 10,000 pieces of Yaba pills from the capital.

According to the court sources, police produced them before the Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate court seeking five days’ remand for each on Thursday.

However, the court granted two days for both. Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Habibur Rahman passed the order. Earlier on Wednesday, a team of Motijheel Police Station raided in the Inner Circular Road area and arrested the duos.
