On Friday afternoon, Ranju Begum, 35, wife of a teacher, was fatally struck by a truck near Uttara Bazar on the Ruhia-Atwari road. She was riding a motorcycle with her husband, Rafiqul Islam, a teacher at Kashalgaon Chinikala Madrasa in Sadar Upazila, and their daughter, Arnika.
