2 held with phensedyl in Chuadanga

Members of Mednipur Border Outpost (BOP) of BGB Battalion-58 arrested two persons with smuggled Indian phensedyl, a motor cycle and two mobile sets from Mednipur village in Jibannagar upazila of Chuadanga on Friday afternoon.   The arrestees were identified as Jiban Ahmed, son of Mofizul Islam of Santipara village and Sujon Miah, son of Santu Miah of Mosjidpara village in Jibannagar upazila of the district. 

According to a press release signed by Mohammad Najrul Islam Khan, AD of BGB Battalion-58, on information a team of BGB members raiding the area arrested them and recovered 13 bottles of phensedyl, one motor cycle and two mobile sets from their possession.  They were handed over to  Jibannagar station police and a case was filed with Jibannagar police station in this conection.
