The two-daylong Special Olympiad with participation of physically challenged children ended at Sheikh Jamal Stadium in Faridpur on Friday.
The Special Olympiad was arranged on the occasion of the 28th International Day of Persons with Disabilities and 21st National Disabled Day-2019. Faridpur District Administration, Department of Social Service and some other NGOs jointly arranged the event.
Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC-education and ICT) of Faridpur Md Humayun handed over prizes among the winners at the concluding ceremony as chief guest. Deputy Director of Department of Social Service ASM Ali Ahsan was also present at the event.
The physically challenged children in the Special Olympiad showed their performance in various events.
