Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB)-11 in separate drives arrested two people for their alleged involvement in two murder cases from Fatulla and Sonargaon in the district.
Major Anabil Imam confirmed the matter to media.
RAB arrested Md Apu, 18, son of Aziz and accused of Salman murder case from Sabujbagh in the capital . He is hailed from Kutubpur area in Fatullah.
Earlier on January 24, Salman, 18, was beaten to death by some miscreants. Deceased's father Mofazzwal filed a murder case accusing 3 people and unnamed 10/12 with Fatulla Police Station.
The other accused is Ali Ahmed, 42, son of Hazrat Ali, resident of Bandar upazila in Sonargaon upazila.
He was accused for killing Rojjob Ali and snatching an auto rickshaw on January 5 at Pirozpur area under Sonargaon upazila.
Both arrested were handed over to the concerned police station for legal procedure.
