1800 children participate in mental arithmetic competition

About 1800 children from over 500 schools across Bangladesh participated in the daylong 14th National Level Abacus & Mental Arithmetic Competition-2022  organised by ALOHA Bangladesh at Bashundhara International Convention City (ICCB) in the capital on Thursday.

Head of Aloha Ireland Petru Bogdan Stan inaugurated the event while Managing Director of ALOHA Bangladesh Md. Ali Haider Chowdhury delivered the welcome speech. Chairman of ALOHA Bangladesh Saiful Karim lead the program as session chairman and Director of Aloha Bangladesh Shamsuddin Tipu was also present as this moment.

Managing Director of ALOHA Bangladesh Md. Ali Haider Chowdhury said, “ALOHA Bangladesh is the first company to bring internationally recognised Aloha Mental Arithmetic to Bangladesh from Malaysia for the total brain development of children aged between 4 and 14 years. It helps children build better concentration, self-confidence, sharper observation, keener listening skill, and enhanced memory retention power, and improved analytical skill, better creative and imaginative skill.”

The program helps children learn arithmetic in a fun way and improves their thinking capacity to do better in creative writing, social science, English, Bangla and other subjects.”

Founder of Aloha Mental Arithmetic Loh Mun Sung attended the event as the chief guest, while Kiran Matwani, International Director of Aloha, attended as special guest. They handed over award to the winners.

The selected winners are going to participate in Aloha International Competition 2022 at Mexico.
